nshtmlcomboboxaccessible: an html combo box doesn't have a dom node or anonymous content for its s textfield, button or list.
...that is why we don't need to override these traversal methods for nsxulcomboboxaccessible (<menulist>).
...when there is no dom node for each accessible, as is the case for nshtmlcomboboxaccessible and nsxultreeitemaccessible, we also need to override the shutdown() method, so that the children get removed from memory when the parent is shutdown.
...this is currently implemented for nshtmlcomboboxaccessible as wells as nsxultreeaccessible.
